Classes Terms and Conditions

The attendance of our classes are subject to the following terms of use:

  • Aggressive, violent and threatening behaviour towards our coaches will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving violently towards staff will be reported to the police and their children will be denied entry to further classes with refunds not being given.
  • Refunds are unfortunately not available.
  • If you are having three or more consecutive weeks off then you can freeze your classes for that duration. The maximum amount of weeks you can miss is 5, after that you have to return to the classes otherwise a child on the waitlist may take your place in the class.
  • You or a responsible adult must remain with your child(ren) throughout the entire duration of the class as we are not a nursery and therefore cannot provide childcare.
  • If the child(ren) you are responsible for during a call falls ill during the class has a ‘little’ accident then it is your responsibility to ensure that your child is safe and taken care of whilst the coaches will ensure the safety of the rest of the children. If possible you are required to clean up the ‘mess’ left behind to allow the class to recommence.
  • If any equipment is damaged then you may be required to pay the amount to replace or fix the damaged equipment, this cost will include postage and packaging costs.
  • Payment is given in advance and are paid for in blocks of five, ten or fifteen weeks. The week before your advance payments expire you will be given a re-enrolment form which we would appreciate if we could receive that before your weeks have expired.
  • Adults will only be allowed within the hall if they have booked their child into a taster class previously by filling in the online application form and have received an email (or telephone call) confirming their attendance date and time.
  • After a child has attended a taster class, you can then either post the enrolment form to the address detailed on the form of bring it with you to the class the following week.
  • ny children whose siblings are signed up to the class but are not taking part due to not being enrolled or specifically asked to join within the class need to be held at all times to ensure that they do not enter the 'field of play' or anywhere within the hall that would be regarded as area that is used during the class. You may be asked to pay for your child's attendance if they participate within the class even though they are not enrolled.

Bouncy Castle Terms and Conditions

The hire out of bouncy castles are subject to the following terms of use:

  • Before booking the castle it is advised to measure the area intended to have the castle to ensure that it fits. Please give an extra 2/3 foot either side of the castle to allow for ‘bounce room’.
  • No alcohol, cigarettes, shoes, glasses or anything sharp like belts, watches or bracelets are allowed on the bouncy castle in case they cause damage to either the child or the castle
  • Somersaults and climbing the walls of the castle are also prohibited as a child could hurt themselves performing such acts.
  • We are not liable for any accidents that occur whilst the castle is within your possession.
  • Payment is required BEFORE the castle is removed from the car and inflated.
  • Any damage will need to be paid for with a maximum penalty being the cost of replacing the entire castle to a minimum value of what was originally paid for the castle.
  • Any tears on the castle (not along the seam) will be charged at a minimum charge of £60 (less than 1 inch) anything over an inch will cost considerably more.
  • If a tear is along the seam or any damage can only be fixed by the castle being returned to the manufacturers to be fixed then shipping and repair costs will need to be paid for by yourselves.
  • The area intended for bouncy castle hire must be level as we cannot hire out castles on an uneven, sloped surface. Grassed areas are also required as paved or stoned area could cause potential damage to the castle which may require the hirer to pay for any damage to be rectified.
  • Reduced rates only applies to properties that are within a three mile radius of the Police Station in Wigston. Any properties living out of the three mile radius may still qualify for the reduced rate but that will depend on the views of the hirer at the time as the distance may be too far if classes are at the same time.
  • A £10 deposit must be sent to management to confirm your booking unless otherwise directed. This is a non-refundable deposit under any circumstance.
  • If a delivery is made and no-one is home to accept the castle which means the driver is forced to leave the premises and return at another time then there will be an additional charge depending on distance travelled back and forth, a standard rate would be £2 per mile.

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

  • It is advised to have the keys or have the venue at least 30 minutes before you want the party to start, this will allow time for our coaches to set up and possibly sort out the food and make the room safe for its purpose (as tables and chairs may need to be moved). You are responsible for returning the venue to how it was found, so any tables or chairs moved by our staff will not necessarily be moved back by our staff before we leave.
  • It is also advised that the hirer communicate with other parents informing them that we will start prompt and therefore they should arrive early to the venue to ensure that you get the maximum time during the party and time isn’t wasted waiting for parents to turn up with their children.
  • Please ensure that there is a clean working toilet and clean floor to work with. If for whatever reason the venue is not suitable and our coaches do not feel that they can conduct a safe working environment then they are advised by HSE laws to stop working and prevent any children from playing in such a unsafe zone.
  • Payment for any birthday parties must be in full in advance.
  • Refunds will not be issued for whatever reason if a party is cancelled within a fortnight of the event, any cancelations where two or more weeks advance has been given will be refunded their money minus any amount paid to the Coffee Bean for food as supplies may have already been bought and may now be rendered useless. There will be a £30 charge for any cancelation.
  • All party food has been supplied by the Coffee Bean (5 Forge Corner, Blaby, Leicester, LE8 4FZ) and therefore any issues with the food will have to be dealt with directly by them. The Coffee Bean has all of the accepted certificates and are therefore entitled to sell food, as Cheeky Monkeys and Friends sell the food at cost we do not require any qualifications.
  • Birthday Parties that are more than 5 miles away from LE18 3QF will have to pay an additional £5.00 whilst birthday parties that are more than 7 miles away will have to pay an additional £10.00 - this is to cover the cost of the extra petrol required to get to the venue. Also more time is spent getting to the venue and getting back home from the venue  - time which staff have to be paid for.
