Free Taster Class and Enrolling Show(+)

To claim your free taster class you will need to sign your child up to Cheeky Monkeys using the online form available at www.cmaf.co.uk/signup you may sign your child up via telephone although this is not preferable.
Once you have signed up to the classes, you will be emailed confirmation of your taster class date and time including directions etc…
If you turn up to a class that you have not signed up to, the CMaF Coaches reserve the right to refuse entry to any children and adult who have unexpectantly attended a class. This will occur if the Coaches feel that your inclusion could cause a potentially health and safety issue.
Every child is entitled to one free taster class - any additional classes will need to be paid for.
If a friend has recommended you to the classes, by stating their name on your child’s enrolment form they will receive a free class. By doing so you, you are unable to claim any other offers whilst signing up (e.g. discounted signing up fee or free products).
Payment for enrolling onto the classes is taken via either bank transfer, cash or cheque. If paying via bank transfer, please email across or hand the enrolment form to your Lead Coach at your next class - this is needed, otherwise you can just fill in the online form at www.cmaf.co.uk/pay. If paying via cash or cheque - please insert your enrolment form and payment into an envelope and give to your Lead Coach at your next class.
Upon receiving payment for your child’s enrolment; your uniform will be handed over to you within the class, within a fortnight. Delays may occur if a new order of t-shirts has been made but have yet to be delivered.
If you require a t-shirt at a size that is not to the norm (to our standard sizing) then there may be severe delays due to having to purchase a single t-shirt. You may also be required to pay an additional cost to contribute towards the fee of the one-off t- shirt.
CMKid Classes Terms and Conditions Show(+)

The attendance of our classes are subject to the following terms of use:

Our CMKid classes refers to our Green Monkey, Purple Monkey and Red Monkeys 45 minute classes.
Payment is required in advance and is usually paid for in monthly installments although we have packages available of 10, 15 or 20 weeks at a discounted rate.
CMKid classes are paid for regardless of attendance - in the same manner as swimming and other children’s activity.
Once your payment for the classes is due to expire (usually the week prior to this happening, you should receive a bill for the following month) you are expected to pay for the following months classes prior to your first non-paying class.
We accept three forms of payment, depending on your chosen method there may be a small transaction fee. Paying via bank transfer is free, payment via cash will incur a 50p transaction fee and payment via cheque will incur a £1.00 transaction fee.
If there are less than 3 weeks in a month, your bill may include weeks from the following month to bring it up to an economical number of weeks for the bill.
Refunds are unfortunately not available on payment for classes.
If you are having three or more consecutive weeks off then you can freeze your classes for that duration. The maximum amount of weeks you can miss is 5, after that you have to return to the classes otherwise a child on the waiting list will take your place in the class - you may also be required to pay for the classes that you were absent without informing your lead coach or head office.
For parents who are about to give birth to another child we offer a ‘class freezing service’ whereby you are able to inform us of a period of time that you are not able to attend the classes (due to the birth of your newest child and you will not be charged for those weeks that you miss - although once you recommence your classes, standard practise will recommence (paying for the classes regardless of attendance).
Aggressive, violent and threatening behaviour towards our coaches will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving violently towards staff will be reported to the police and their children will be denied entry to further classes with refunds not being given.
In the classes, a parent, relative, guardian, carer or child minder (you) is responsible for your child(ren) and must remain with your child(ren) throughout the entire duration of the class as we are not a nursery and therefore cannot provide childcare.
If the child(ren) you are responsible for during a class, falls ill or has a ‘little’ accident then it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your child and take care of them whilst the coaches will ensure the safety of the rest of the children. If possible you are required to clean up the ‘mess’ left behind to allow the class to recommence.
Please plan ahead for the classes and consider other parents and children - if your child is feeling unwell (especially if infectious e.g. chicken pox) please refrain from attending the classes until your little one is feeling better.
If any equipment is damaged by yourself or your child due to negligence, then you may be required to pay the amount to replace or fix the damaged equipment, this cost will include postage and packaging costs.
All children are required to wear the correct uniform within the classes. With Green Monkeys children required to wear their Green Monkeys T-shirt, Purple Monkeys children required to wear their Purple Monkeys T-shirt and Red Monkeys children required to wear their Red Monkeys T-shirt.
Upon moving from one CMKids class to another (moving from Green to Purple or from Purple to Red) you will be required to purchase a new kit to match the new class colours. The cost of a new kit may vary depending on location but as a standard will be £10.00.
If you are planning on moving from the CMKids classes to the Soccer School classes you will be required to sign up as a Soccer School member as the Soccer School’s are a separate entity to the CMKids classes. Discounts may be available. The cost to purchase a Soccer School kit is £13.00 (prices may vary depending on location).
Where a class is not going ahead due to a venue being booked by a 3rd party invalidating our current contract with the venue, or holidays that have been specifically informed to you in writing (usually via email), or telephone (text or call) notice of a class not going ahead will not be charged to you. Therefore if you have paid for 4 weeks in a month but a class has been cancelled for any reason listed above; your 4th week’s credit will be taken to the following month.
Sibling discount is available to those parents that have multiple children attending either the CMKids classes or the Soccer School classes. The discount will be the equivalent to 10% of the monthly fee. The discount is void if a parent decides to purchase a block of 10, 15 or 20 weeks.
Please aim to arrive to your CMKid class 5-8 minutes early so that you can get yourself ready before your class starts (getting a chair for your belongings/warming up with a football with your child) Settling your little one before the class begins.
We politely request that all Prams and Push chairs are not brought into the main hall (the area where the class is being held). Some venues have bans on prams and push chairs due to the possibility of them being in the way during a fire or an emergency. Therefore can you please consider this when preparing for a class. Infant carriers do the same job as a pram but take up considerably less space.
All of our venues are wheel chair accessible, although we ask that consideration of the size of the venue is taken into account when bringing additional members of the family that require assistance. By informing a coach beforehand then we can ensure that space is made for you in advance rather than turning up minutes before a lesson is due to commence and then trying to make space. We need to ensure the safety of the rest of our children.
There are occasions when elements of the business are taken out of our hands and for that we can only apologise and hope that you understand. e.g. equipment is broken and its replacement is taking longer than expected to arrive or if t-shirts are waiting to be delivered but are delayed due to a manufacturing problem. There might also be occurrences whereby a venue is double booked or we are left locked out. Again this will not be our fault but a problem that has been taken out of our hands.
Any children whose siblings are signed up to the class but are not taking part due to not being enrolled or specifically asked to join within the class, need to be held at all times to ensure that they do not enter the 'field of play' or anywhere within the hall that would be regarded as area that is used during the class. You may be asked to pay for your child's attendance if they participate within the class even though they are not enrolled - this would be due to the interest of fairness to the other parents.
Parents in the younger CMKids classes are advised to wear trainers or sporty shoes. High heels are strongly discouraged (especially in the Green & Purple Monkeys classes) as accidents are not covered.
Please help the coaches (especially during the first few weeks) control your child if they are too excited and run off whilst we are explaining a game. Additional help may be required during a game or activity.
We politely ask parents to please leave their phones on silent and refrain from using them during class hours as it may distract children from the classes.
If you leave but wish to return at a later date, you may be asked to pay a £5.00 re-enrolment fee which will act to fast track you to the top of a classes waiting list.
Your coaches will always treat you with the utmost respect and we ask that you do the same - Cheeky Monkeys is a fun, friendly place for both parents and children so we ask that you keep that in mind. If you cause a disruption to a class a coach may ask you to leave for the safety of the other parents and children.
If you choose to bring a friend or relative along to a class please inform your Lead Coach as you enter your class, who you have brought along. If there is limited seating at a venue please bear that in mind before inviting any guests.
A Lead Coaches’ decision is final. If you disagree with them then please leave a message for Michael Kleios in writing at michael@cmaf.co.uk and he will get back to you.
If you recommend a friend and they enrol (paying for a minimum of 4 weeks worth of classes and paying the administration fee) then you are entitled to a free class - our way of saying thanks! You will only receive a free class if your friend, upon filling in their enrolment form, puts your name or that of your child on their form. This is not in conjunction with any other offers - therefore if your friend wishes to use a coupon or some form of discount to sign up for their classes - you will not be able to claim your free class. Twins or siblings are regarded as one additional child and so will count as only one free class. Twins or siblings are regarded as one additional child and so will count as only one free class.

The attendance of our Soccer School Training are subject to the following terms of use:

Our Soccer School Training refers to our Red Squad and Blue Squad one hour training.
Payment is required in advance and is usually paid for in monthly installments although we have packages available of 10,15 or 20 weeks at a discounted rate.

Aggressive, violent and threatening behaviour towards our coaches will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving violently towards staff will be reported to the police and their children will be denied entry to further classes with refunds not being given.
Parents are not required to remain with their children during the Soccer School Training - we advise that parents arrive to the class early, drop off their child and then return near the end of the class to collect them.
When dropping off a child, the parent/guardian responsible for the child needs to sign the child into training and then again, when the class has finished, sign the child out of training. We will not accept children coming along to training by themselves having walked through the car park without adult supervision.
Please plan ahead for the classes and consider other parents and children - if your child is feeling unwell (especially if infectious e.g. chicken pox) please refrain from attending the classes until your little one is feeling better.

If you leave training on a permanent basis, but wish to return at a later date, you will be asked to pay a £5.00 re-enrolment fee which will act to fast track you to the top of a classes waiting list.
Your coaches will always treat you with the utmost respect and we ask that you do the same - Cheeky Monkeys is a fun, friendly place for both parents and children so we ask that you keep that in mind. This is not in conjunction with any other offers - therefore if your friend wishes to use a coupon or some form of discount to sign up for their classes - you will not be able to claim your free class.
If your child causes a disruption within the Soccer School Training we run a three strikes system whereby if a child is seen as being negative influence and the coaches are unable to direct their attention into a more positive one, the child in question will be given a warning to modify their behaviour. This is rarely done. If a child’s attitude or behaviour persists and is not to the coaches liking and they receive three warnings, the child will be asked to sit within a specified Naughty Zone where they will be asked to remain for a specified amount of time until they apologise for their behaviour. In apologising, they will be allowed to return to the activities. If they do not, they will be asked to remain within the Naughty Zone for another short period of time.
Birthday Party Terms and Conditions Show(+)

The hiring of Cheeky Monkeys and Friends to conduct a child’s birthday party is subject to the following terms and procedures:

To register your interest in a Cheeky Monkeys birthday party, contact will need to be made via the office - this is preferably done through filling in the online booking form. Once we have received this an email will be sent to you with possible availability that we have as well additional information on prices and considerations when booking a party.
Once you have registered you will be given a provisional booking time slot (as long as you have forwarded information that has allowed us to do this) that will be reserved specially for you for two weeks. This provisional booking will only continue after the initial two weeks, if you have shown an interest to book a venue and hold your Cheeky Monkey party.
We are unable to hire a premises on your behalf for a party, this responsibility is down to yourselves. We will require access to the clear venue at least 15 minutes prior to your intended party starting time - this will allow time for our coaches to ensure the venue is fit for purpose (as tables and chairs may need to be moved) and begin to set up.
You are responsible for returning the venue to how it was found, so any tables or chairs moved by our staff will not necessarily be moved back by our staff before we leave.
Please ensure that there is a clean working toilet and clean floor to work with. If for whatever reason the venue is not suitable and our coaches do not feel that they can conduct a safe working environment then they are advised by HSE laws to stop working and prevent any children from playing in such a unsafe zone.
We have a variety of party packages available, the decision is yours to make. We will always try and advise in the fairest possible way, for example if you were ideally wanting 20 children at a party we would recommend that you went for a Cheeky Chimp package as it is very rare that if you invite 20 children all 20 will be able to make it on the day - some may drop out beforehand and others possibly on the day. Therefore instead of charging you for a Cheeky Baboon package we’d recommend the Cheeky Chimp package with the option of Topping up and paying on the day for any additional children over the 16. If you were expecting over 20 children but possibly just shy of 24 children we’d recommend the Cheeky Baboon package as a third coach is a mandatory requirement of any party that has more than 18 children - it is therefore cheaper to go for the larger package.
We reserve the right to give away a provisional booking as there is no contractual obligation to fulfil any provisional agreement until a financial payment has been made which would therefore confirm our agreement. If payment is then received after the provisional booking has been canceled (possibly without warning) the payment will be returned or in the case of a cheque, destroyed.
To confirm your Cheeky Monkey Birthday Party, we require full payment and a completed booking form. This can be submitted either via bank transfer with a booking form being digitally completed (either online or via email) or a booking form and payment posted to the company address as shown on the booking form, or handed directly to a Lead Coach at the beginning or end of a class.
The birthday child(ren) are included within the party children total.
Once full payment has been received, party invitations will be given to you (if selected within a package purchased) an email will also be sent to you to confirm your chosen party package and to confirm dates and times of the party. If there are any mistakes on the email, please contact us to rectify the issue.
Please inform your party gusts to arrive prompt as your paid party duration (usually 60 minutes or 75 minutes) begins from the agreed party start time and if the coaches have another party to attend to after your own, they will not necessarily been able to extend the time beyond what was originally agreed.
On the day of the party please… Have drinks ready for intervals during the party when children will need some light refreshments - you don't necessarily need to purchase anything fancy - just orange squash will be fine with a load of disposable cups.
On the day of the party please… Please do not set up ANY tables or chairs in the hall - we need the room to be as bare as possible to reduce the risk of any potential accidents. At the end of the party, every child will have a penalty in an area probably around the 1/3 of the hall that you have hired. That therefore gives you 10 minutes to set up the tables and chairs in the remaining 2/3s of the hall.
If more children attend on the day than you have originally paid for that isn't a problem. But I do ask that you please text me a day or two before the party to inform me of the additional numbers to ensure I bring enough medals/certificates etc.. You can then just pay for the additional children on the day so please have cash ready.
Refunds will not be issued for whatever reason if a party is cancelled within a fortnight of the event, any cancellation where two or more weeks advance has been given will be refunded their money minus a £50 charge for any cancellation due to a loss of earnings as we could have given your now void party time slot to someone else.
Birthday Parties that are more than 5 miles away from the police station in Wigston may have to pay an additional £5.00 whilst birthday parties that are more than 10 miles away may have to pay an additional £10.00. This depends on the location of the coaches prior to the party - if coaches live locally or have another job within your area prior to the party then no charge is necessary but if we are having to make a specially long journey you may be asked to cover the additional fuel cost. Also more time is spent getting to the venue and getting back home from the venue - time which staff have to be paid for.
Aggressive, violent and threatening behaviour towards our coaches will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving violently towards staff will be reported to the police and the coaches are within their rights to abdicate the party until the threatening individual is removed from the premises or until the situation has been resolved.
Mini Play Scheme Terms and Conditions Show(+)

The attendance of our Mini Play Schemes are subject to the following terms and procedures:

Our mini play schemes refer to the two hours sessions that we provide during School Holiday, they usually replace a similar time slot to those of our weekly classes - which closely follows school terms.
The mini play schemes that we provide on behalf of the Co-Op will follow their own terms, held through the Co-Op, unless otherwise stated by the Co-Op.
Payment for a mini play scheme in advance will confirm your child’s reservation and place on the mini play scheme on your selected date. Prices are reduced for those that pay in advance. Payment must be received at least 3 days in advance for the discount to be valid. Otherwise you will be asked to pay the on the day price which is slightly dearer than paying in advance. If paying on the day, please bring correct change.
If we have not received payment, (as you have posted the form and payment) unfortunately you will need to pay on the day of the mini play scheme and if we then receive your payment through the post, your additional payment will be either returned or destroyed.
We reserve the right to cancel a mini play scheme at short notice due to low numbers or if a venue has double booked, amongst other freak incidents. Credit to a future mini play scheme will be given to those parents that have already paid for their child’s attendance at the closed class.
If you have paid to attend a mini play scheme but are then unable to come along, unfortunately you will still be charged for coming along. Refunds are unfortunately not available on payment for mini play schemes.
Aggressive, violent and threatening behaviour towards our coaches will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving violently towards staff will be reported to the police and their children will be denied entry to further classes with refunds not being given.
Mini play schemes are for children aged two years old up to six years old. For children younger than 3.5, during the mini play schemes, a parent, relative, guardian, carer or child minder (you) is responsible for your child(ren) and must remain with your child(ren) throughout the entire duration of the class as we are not a nursery and therefore cannot provide exclusive childcare.
If the child(ren) you are responsible for during a mini play scheme, fall(s) ill or has a ‘little’ accident then it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your child and take care of them whilst the coaches will ensure the safety of the rest of the children. If possible you are required to clean up the ‘mess’ left behind to allow the mini play scheme to recommence.
Please plan ahead for the mini play scheme and consider other parents and children - if your child is feeling unwell (especially if infectious e.g. chicken pox) please refrain from attending the mini play scheme until your little one is feeling better.
For children aged 3.5+, parents are more than welcome to stay but if your child is happy enough without you then you are able to drop them off and having signed them in and watched for 10 minutes to make sure they are alright - leave and return 15 minutes prior to the mini play scheme finishing. It would be best if you arrived 15 minutes prior to the end of the play scheme as to watch your child score a penalty and receive a medal for their efforts.
If any equipment is damaged by yourself or your child due to negligence, then you may be required to pay the amount to replace or fix the damaged equipment, this cost will include postage and packaging costs.
Children are required to wear appropriate clothing for sports - which therefore means trainers/plimsoles and clothing that is freely move able to allow children to participate in the games without being restricted.
Please aim to arrive to your mini play scheme class 5-8 minutes early so that you can get yourself ready before your class starts (getting a chair for your belongings/warming up with a football with your child) Settling your little one before the mini play scheme begins. This also allows those that have yet to pay for the mini play scheme to do so before the mini play scheme begins.
We politely request that all Prams and Push chairs are not brought into the main hall (the area where the mini play scheme is being held). Some venues have bans on prams and push chairs due to the possibility of them being in the way during a fire or an emergency. Therefore can you please consider this when preparing for a mini play scheme.

There might also be occurrences whereby a venue is double booked or we are left locked out. Again this will not be our fault but a problem that has been taken out of our hands.
Any enrolled children in the mini play scheme whose sibling(s) are not signed up to the mini play scheme, need to be held at all times to ensure that they do not enter the field of play or anywhere within the hall that would be regarded as area that is used during the mini play scheme. This is for the health and safety of the sibling and the children within the mini play scheme. You may be asked to pay for your child's attendance if they participate within the mini play scheme - this would be due to the interest of fairness to the other parents.
Your coaches will always treat you with the utmost respect and we ask that you do the same - Cheeky Monkeys is a fun, friendly place for both parents and children so we ask that you keep that in mind. If you cause a disruption to a mini play scheme a coach may ask you to leave for the safety of the other parents and children.
Mighty Play Scheme Terms and Conditions Show(+)

The attendance of our Mighty Play Schemes are subject to the following terms and procedures:

Our Mighty Play Schemes refer to our sessions held between 8.40 - 14.50 during School Holidays (e.g. October Half Term, February Half Term, Easter, June Half Term, August), usually held at Oadby Beauchamp College although more venues can be used for our Mighty Play Schemes.
Standard hours for the Mighty Play Schemes run between 10.00 - 14.50 each day, parents can arrive from 9.50 if they have paid for their children’s attendance for that day. Early morning drop off can be purchased for an additional fee and runs between 8.40 - 9.50. If you turn up to the classes before 9.50 and have not paid to leave your child for the additional hours you will be asked to do so or to remain with your child until 9.50. This is due to the potential lack of staff to cover the additional child now in the venue.
Payment for Mighty Play Schemes are required in advance as to allow us to ensure adequate staff are at the Mighty Play Scheme. You may be refused entry if you turn up on the day and our coaches are either too busy to process your child or it would be a health and safety risk.
If we have not received payment, (as you have posted the form and payment) unfortunately you will need to pay on the day of the Mighty Play Scheme and if we then receive your payment through the post, your additional payment will be either returned or destroyed.
We reserve the right to cancel a Mighty Play Schemes at short notice due to low numbers or if a venue has double booked, amongst other freak incidents. Credit to a future Mighty Play Scheme will be given to those parents that have already paid for their child’s attendance at the closed class.
If you have paid to attend a Mighty Play Scheme but are then unable to come along, unfortunately you will still be charged for coming along. Refunds are unfortunately not available on payment for Mighty Play Schemes.
Our Mighty Play Scheme are for children aged four to eight years old and it is a drop off service. Therefore parents are not allowed to stay during the play scheme but are welcome to arrive to pick their children up from 14.30 each day to allow viewing of any potential match or penalties that will be occurring as well as any Presentation Ceremony that may take place.
We should be notified of any medical condition your child may have at your earliest possible convenience (space is provided on your Mighty Play Scheme booking form and details should be submitted then to ensure staff are adequately prepared). If your child has experienced a medical emergency within close proximity of the Mighty Play Schemes we would request that you informed us, so that we could inform the relevant services if anything should happen and emergency services are required.
Children are required to wear appropriate clothing for sports - which therefore means trainers/plimsoles and clothing that is freely move able to allow children to participate in the games without being restricted. Shin pads are a necessity and will be used in the afternoons more predominately than in the morning session, therefore if you could leave them within your child’s bag, the coaches will be able to get them should the shin pads be needed.
We are unable to provide food for your child, therefore parents should ensure that their child have sufficient food and drink for both a mid morning break and through lunch. Re-fill able water bottles are advised.
Please plan ahead for the mini play scheme and consider other parents and children - if your child is feeling unwell (especially if infectious e.g. chicken pox) please refrain from attending the mini play scheme until your little one is feeling better.
If any equipment is damaged by yourself or your child due to negligence, then you may be required to pay the amount to replace or fix the damaged equipment, this cost will include postage and packaging costs.
At the Presentation Ceremony (if one is held) wheel chair accessibility is available at Oadby Beauchamp College. Considerations may need to be met at any other venues that we run our Mighty Play Schemes at.
Your coaches will always treat you with the utmost respect and we ask that you do the same - Cheeky Monkeys is a fun, friendly place for both parents and children so we ask that you keep that in mind. If you cause a disruption to a Mighty Play Schemes a coach may ask you to leave for the safety of the other parents and children.
If your child causes a disruption within the Mighty Play Scheme we run a three strikes system whereby if a child is seen as being negative influence and the coaches are unable to direct their attention into a more positive one, the child in question will be given a warning to modify their behaviour.
Bouncy Castle Terms and Conditions Show(+)

The hire of bouncy castles are subject to the following terms of use:

Before booking a castle it is advised to measure the area intended to have the castle to ensure that it fits. Please give an extra 2/3 foot either side of the castle to allow for ‘bounce room’.
Payment is required BEFORE a castle is removed from the car and inflated. Payment can be made via a bank transfer - please contact us for more details on how to pay via bank transfer.
The castles are all checked for damage before they are delivered and therefore we know their current state, therefore any damage seen on the castle upon collection will be seen as damage that has occurred whilst the castle was within the hirer's care. A hirer is more than welcome to walk around the castle whilst the delivery driver (Cheeky Monkeys and Friends representative) conducts a H&S check and castle condition check. If you have any concerns or have seen any damage to the castle prior to the delivery driver leaving, this is the time when they should be pointed out and noted down.
No alcohol, cigarettes, shoes, glasses or anything sharp like belts, watches or bracelets are allowed on the bouncy castle in case they cause damage to either the child or the castle. Damage to the castle will need to be paid for by the hirer as stipulated within the contract signed.
Somersaults and climbing the walls of the castle are also prohibited as a child could hurt themselves performing such acts. Cheeky Monkeys is not liable for any accidents that occur whilst the castle is within the hirer’s possession due to negligence on the hirer’s behalf.
Any damage will need to be paid for with a maximum penalty being the cost of replacing the entire castle to a minimum value of what was originally paid for the castle as well as loss of earnings of the time that we do not have a full working bouncy castle.
Any tears on the castle (not along the seam) will be charged at a minimum charge of £50 (less than 1 inch) anything over an inch will cost considerably more. You will be informed of this cost after we have had a chance to fully examine the damage. If damages are contested you will be taken to court and then incur the full cost of the damage to the castle, loss of earnings and solicitor fees.
If a tear is along the seam or any damage is caused that can only be fixed by the castle being returned to the manufacturers to be fixed then shipping and repair costs will need to be paid for by yourselves. You will also be liable for any bookings that have to be canceled due to the castle’s absence.
The area intended for bouncy castle hire must be level as we cannot hire out castles on an uneven, sloped surface. Grassed areas are preferred although we can also hire out our castles on level, clean concrete as well. We will not hire out to an area of stones or shingle or any other ground that could cause damage to the castle - this decision is down to the views and thoughts of the CMaF member of staff delivering the castle. You may be required to pay the full amount of the castle hire if you have mis-lead us when making your booking.
All rates are as detailed on the website or as directed by the CMaF staff member when a booking is made.
For those paying a deposit, a £10 non-refundable deposit must be sent to management to confirm your booking unless otherwise directed.
If a delivery is made and no-one is home to accept the castle which means the driver is forced to leave the premises you will still be required to pay the full amount as if the hire had gone ahead. If the driver returns on the same date at a later time then there will be an additional charge depending on the distance travelled back and forth, a standard rate would be £2 per mile.
